Benefits of Invisalign Teen:

• No white spots on the teeth of your new smile from wear and tear caused by brackets because Invisalign Teen is much more hygienic. Kids do NOT floss when they are in braces because its difficult, so gums get really inflamed and unhealthy. This causes the front surfaces of teeth to get unpleasant chalky white spots that can never be taken off.

• Invisalign Teen compensates and aids in tooth eruption. So a canine tooth (front side tooth) that’s way up high is aided in eruption into the correct spot to create an even arch. Invisalign Teen also allows for eruption of second molars (adult back teeth). This means we can start treatment earlier and don’t have to wait until all of the adult teeth come in.
• Invisalign Teen Treatment includes 6 free replacement aligners. Parents that are worried about their kids being forgetful and losing aligners are put at ease knowing they have that 6 replacement aligner cushion.
• Compliance indicators. Blue dots are located on the aligner on the outside of the first back tooth that are hidden while in the mouth. The dots are designed to fade to clear at the end of the two week period of each aligner. Parents will be able to tell if their child is wearing the aligner for the appropriate amount of time.
